CHARACTERS

Illustration made for a Swedish sport camp called "Sport Camp" when I worked for Ogilvy Interactive. This illustration was used on Sport Camp's website back in 2001.

The kid's department at H&M work with a lot of licensed products and many different license holders such as Disney, Sanrio and Toca Boca. Chloé Cat was born the day we wanted to try out our own character for a collection line for girl's age 7-12 years. I took on the challenge and Chloé Cat was born. She's supposed to be a true fashionista and her style was up to date on what was considered fashion at that time. She also has a bunny friend with really long ears.

The rainbow strawberry (along with a series of other types of fruits) was made to decorate t-shirts and tanks for kid's apparel at H&M. As always when making characters for prints on kid's clothing there is often a story behind them as part of the process of making them. Imagination is the only limit!

The spray can dude was made as part of a (made up) logotype and placed print for men's apparel. As always when creating a character there is a storyline behind it. I believe it's a natural part of the process of creating a character from scratch.

The kind-hearted "Charlie" the cat was originally made as a series of 3D kid's toys for kid's accessories at H&M.

The love-throwing rabbit "Robin" was originally made as a series of 3D kid's toys for kid's accessories at H&M.

The butterfly loving Tiger "Titus" was originally made as one in a series of 3D kid's toys for kid's accessories at H&M.

"Shark Boy" was created to decorate swim wear for boys age 3-8 years of age. He's a friendly shark with lots of teeth that want people to pay respect to the true locals of the sea.

Toca Boca fan art made upon request of my daughter. This is our family, please meet my daughter "Franka", my boyfriend "Lee" and myself. Franka decided on her outfit herself, me and Lee are dressed in clothes and shoes that we use IRL.
